Why we started this

A familiar frustration

SnapFixGO started with something a lot of people deal with — spending more time maintaining a home or a grill than actually enjoying it. Tools that promised to make life easier and just ended up as one more gadget in a drawer. We wanted the opposite: something that actually finishes the job, and makes you glad you bought it.

How we choose what we sell

We don't try to sell everything

Every product on SnapFixGO goes through the same filter: does it solve a real problem, does it hold up to real use, and would we keep using it ourselves after the first try? If it doesn't clear that bar, it doesn't make it onto the site.

We test before we list
If a product doesn't hold up to real, repeated use, it doesn't go on the site.
We stand behind every order
Every purchase comes with a real guarantee, not just a return label.
We answer our own messages
No ticket queue that disappears into a black hole — a real person reads every message.
