We're two partners from Ukraine. We've been running online stores since 2021, selling home and leisure products to customers across Ukraine, and in October 2026 we opened SnapFixGo for the U.S. market.

We're a small team, and that's on purpose. One of us picks every product that goes on the site; the other reads every message that comes in. If you write to us, you're talking to one of the two people whose names are on this page.

Why we started this

SnapFixGo started with a familiar frustration: spending more time maintaining a home or a grill than actually enjoying it, and buying tools that promised to make life easier and ended up as one more gadget in a drawer. We wanted the opposite — products that finish the job and make you glad you bought them.

How we choose what we sell

Every product goes through the same three questions:

Does it solve a real problem?

Do the materials and construction hold up when we look at the specs closely?

Does feedback from people who already own it back that up?

If the answer to any of these is no, it doesn't make it onto the site. We reject far more products than we list.

SnapFixGo is operated by FOP Oleksandr Rudenko, registered in Ukraine. All orders ship from fulfillment centers in the United States.

Payments are securely processed through Western Bid (Western Bid, Inc., USA — the name you'll see on your card or PayPal statement).

Your purchase itself is with SnapFixGo: we're responsible for the products, shipping, returns and support.
