- Measure your tree first. The collar fits trees up to 26.8" (68 cm) in diameter and 4-7 ft (1.2-2.1 m) tall, with a base clearance of at least 9" (23 cm) from the floor. A wider or taller tree will not fit.
- The tree is not included. This is a collar only.
- The collar is a decorative cover around the stand. It does not hold the tree up, so the tree still needs its own stand.
- It assembles from three panels with metal rings. Follow the manual, and keep the collar away from heaters, fireplaces and open flames.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
How it works: email support@snapfixgo.com with your order number — we'll approve the return and send you step-by-step instructions with our U.S. return address. Please don't ship anything back before that: returns without an approved request can't be accepted.
Return shipping: free if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — just send us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you.
