Lights and ornaments are not included, so you can decorate it your way.

- The tree does not look full straight out of the box. Spread out every tip individually and plan about 30 minutes to shape it; this step is what gives the full look.
- The tree is wide: 53.1" (135 cm) in diameter and 72" (183 cm) tall overall. Measure the floor space before ordering, and leave room to walk around it.
- Keep the tree away from heaters, fireplaces and open flames.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
How it works: email support@snapfixgo.com with your order number — we'll approve the return and send you step-by-step instructions with our U.S. return address. Please don't ship anything back before that: returns without an approved request can't be accepted.
Return shipping: free if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — just send us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you.
