- The tree does not look full straight out of the box. Spread out every tip individually and plan about 20-25 minutes to shape it; this step is what gives the full look.
- With 400 tips, this is a slim pencil tree rather than a dense full-body one. It leaves fewer places to hang large or heavy ornaments than a wider tree.
- The tree is 72" (183 cm) tall overall with a curled top, so check your ceiling height. Keep it away from heaters, fireplaces and open flames.

30-day returns on every order.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
How it works: email support@snapfixgo.com with your order number — we'll approve the return and send you step-by-step instructions with our U.S. return address. Please don't ship anything back before that: returns without an approved request can't be accepted.
Return shipping: free if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — just send us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
