- The tree does not look full straight out of the box. Spread out every tip individually and plan about 40-60 minutes to shape it; this step is what gives the full look.
- The light modes and the warm white or multicolor setting are pre-set. Check the manual for how to switch between them.
- The cord is 9.8 ft (3 m), so place the tree within reach of an outlet. The tree is 84" (213 cm) tall overall, so check your ceiling height, and keep it away from heaters, fireplaces and open flames.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
How it works: email support@snapfixgo.com with your order number — we'll approve the return and send you step-by-step instructions with our U.S. return address. Please don't ship anything back before that: returns without an approved request can't be accepted.
Return shipping: free if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — just send us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you.
