Where you'll use it
- Living room with high ceilings — a 9 ft (2.74 m) tree for rooms that make smaller trees look short
- Two-story foyer or stair landing — tall, but only 27.5" (70 cm) wide, so it leaves the way clear
- Open-plan family room — holiday height without a wide tree taking over the floor
- Corner next to a window — the slim shape fits where a full-width tree will not
- Indoor use only. Not for outdoor use.
- Lights are not included in the package, so add your own string lights and ornaments.
- The tree does not look full straight out of the box. Spread out every tip individually and plan about 30-45 minutes to shape it; this step is what gives the full look.
- Measure first: the tree is 108" (274 cm) tall overall, so you need a ceiling higher than 9 ft, plus extra room if you plan to add a tree topper. The slim 27.5" (70 cm) shape means fewer places to hang large ornaments than on a wider tree.
- Keep the tree away from heaters, fireplaces and open flames.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
How it works: email support@snapfixgo.com with your order number — we'll approve the return and send you step-by-step instructions with our U.S. return address. Please don't ship anything back before that: returns without an approved request can't be accepted.
Return shipping: free if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — just send us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
